Von Arx 45B Needle scaler

A pneumatic needle scaler, with handle grip with 49 sharp needles of 3 mm, delivered with 3/8’’ connection, allen key, a tube of molykote, oil, earplugs and an extra handle. All is packed in a well cared plastic box. Easy tot transform to a chisel hammer.
